Founded in 2002 by Aidan and Ollie McDonnell, Synergy Stocktaking was born from a desire to bring greater accuracy, transparency, and control to the hospitality industry. Aidan recognised the need for a stocktaking service that goes beyond counting — one that delivers real insight, supports smarter decision-making, and helps hospitality businesses achieve lasting success.
